You can delete your Fruity Fauna account and the data linked to it at any time, right inside the game.

Delete it in the game

1. Open Fruity Fauna and make sure you're signed in.
2. Open the Social menu and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted right away.

Can't open the game?

If you've already uninstalled it, lost your device or can't sign in, you can ask me to delete your account instead. There's no need to reinstall.

1. Email service.wyliolivete@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Fruity Fauna account”.
2. I'll reply to confirm, usually within 3 business days.
3. Your account and its data are deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

Played only as a guest, without an account? Then your progress exists only on your device. Uninstalling the game removes it.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (email address and login).
• Your cloud-saved progress: animals, Affection, Bestiary, Coins, Gems and items.
• Your username, Friend Code, friends list and leaderboard entries.

What is kept, and why

• Records of your purchases are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. I can't delete those.
• Copies in Google Firebase's backup systems are removed automatically within 180 days.
• If you emailed me, I may keep that correspondence for up to 1 year in case of a dispute, then delete it.

Deleting your account can't be undone, and your progress and purchased items can't be restored afterwards.
