Support

Email: service.wyliolivete@gmail.com
I'm a solo developer, so I answer every message myself, usually within 3 business days.

To help me fix things fast, please include your device model, iOS or Android version, the game version (listed on the game's App Store or Google Play page) and, if you have one, a screenshot.

Purchases

A purchase didn't arrive

Close and reopen the game while connected to the internet. If it still hasn't arrived, email me with the date of the purchase and your order number (from your App Store or Google Play receipt). Never send card details.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested from them: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or Google Play's refund page.

I bought something before the big update

Your past purchases are kept. Gold is now called Coins and Diamonds are now Gems. If something you bought no longer has a use (for example Energy or decorations), email me and I'll make it right with Coins and Gems.

Account and progress

Do I need an account?

No. You can play as a guest, and your progress stays on your device. An account (email sign-in) adds cloud backup, friends and the leaderboard.

Moving to a new phone

Sign in with the same email on the new device and your backed-up progress comes with you. Guest progress can't be moved, so sign in before you switch.

Forgot your password?

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen to get a reset email. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Delete your account

Open the Social menu in the game and tap Delete account. If you can't open the game, see Delete your Fruity Fauna account.

Gameplay

Where did Energy and decorating go?

Energy has been removed, so you can play as many puzzles as you like. Habitat decorating has been retired so the game can focus on the animals and their stories.

Why haven't I met a certain animal yet?

Animals visit as often as their real conservation status allows, so Critically Endangered animals are rare. Keep playing: they do show up.
